Let us not forget Specialist Four Edward Joseph Ii Jurek, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army Selective Service, SP4 Jurek served our country until March 25th, 1968 in Binh Duong, South Vietnam. He was 21 years old and was not married. Edward died from artillery fire. His body was recovered. Edward was born on February 16th, 1947 in Meriden, Connecticut.

SP4 Jurek is on panel 46E, line 019 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for one year.
