Specialist Five Raymond Richard Gillock
Let us not forget Specialist Five Raymond Richard Gillock, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army Selective Service, SP5 Gillock served our country until March 28th, 1968 in Thua Thien, South Vietnam. He was 22 years old and was not married. Raymond died from multiple fragmentation wounds/mine. His body was recovered. Raymond was born on March 3rd, 1946 in Longview, Texas. SP5 Gillock is on panel 46E, line 054 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for one year.
