Let us not forget Sergeant Billy Wayne Rapp, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army, SGT Rapp served our country until March 21st, 1969 in Binh Duong, South Vietnam. He was 21 years old and was not married. Billy died from small arms fire/grenade. His body was recovered. Billy was born on May 30th, 1947 in Gorby, West Virginia.

SGT Rapp is on panel 28W, line 002 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for 2 years.
