Private First Class Ronnie Ray Pittman
Let us not forget Private First Class Ronnie Ray Pittman, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army Selective Service, PFC Pittman served our country until March 9th, 1967 in South Vietnam. He was 21 years old and was married. Ronnie died when his vehicle crashed. His body was recovered. Ronnie was born on May 24th, 1945 in Calvin, Kentucky. PFC Pittman is on panel 16E, line 048 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for less than a year.
