Private First Class Fred Stanley Lea
Let us not forget Private First Class Fred Stanley Lea, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Marine Corps, PFC Lea served our country until March 23rd, 1967 in Quang Nam, South Vietnam. He was 22 years old and was not married. Fred died from an undetermined explosion. His body was recovered. Fred was born on February 3rd, 1945 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. PFC Lea is on panel 17E, line 026 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for less than a year.
