Let us not forget Sergeant Leroy Ernest Jr Halbert, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army, SGT Halbert served our country until December 31st, 1970 in Darlac, South Vietnam. He was 32 years old and was not married. Leroy died in the line of duty. His body was recovered. Leroy was born on December 18th, 1938 in Delano, California.
