Let us not forget Sergeant Craig Barry Gariepy, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army Selective Service, SGT Gariepy served our country until June 24th, 1967 in Hua Nghia, South Vietnam. He was 23 years old and was married. Craig died from small arms fire/grenade. His body was recovered. Craig was born on March 28th, 1944 in Islip Terrace, New York.

SGT Gariepy is on panel 22E, line 057 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for 2 years.
