Let us not forget Specialist Four Eddie Duane Acuff, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army Selective Service, SP4 Acuff served our country until June 23rd, 1969 in Ngai, South Vietnam. He was 20 years old and was not married. Eddie died from multiple fragmentation wounds/mine. His body was recovered. Eddie was born on September 12th, 1948 in San Antonio, Texas.

SP4 Acuff is on panel 22W, line 015 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for one year.
